Pina Colada Smoothie:
If you like Pina Coladas and getting caught in the rain...you'll love Quadra...errr this smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
Pineapple
1/2 Cup
Banana
1
Coconut Milk
1/2 Cup
Vanilla whey Protein
2 Scoops
Chilled Green Tea
1 Cup
Ice
1 Cup
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in Blender. Makes Two servings ...better to not drink alone
