Humous Chicken Burger On Homemade Rice Cake Bun:

Using some of the Rice Cakes I made last week and froze in the freezer I made this tasty Chicken Burger.  I toasted the Rice cakes to defrost them and make them Crispy
added the Fixins and Voila Yummy
