- Mix in smal Bowl 1 Can Tuna, a bit of Greek Yogurt, TBSP Brown Rice
- Spread out Nori paper prep with bed of Spinach leaves
- Add Tuna Mixture
- Add Avocado
- Sprinkle with Black Sesame Seeds
- ROLL
- Make your Carrot Ribbons, small bowl of Brags for dipping with wasabi mixed in
- MAke a Cup Of Jasmine Green Tea :)
- Frozen BlackBerries YUM!
