Crust:
1 Cup Unbleached White Flour
1/2 Cup Soft Butter
2 TBSP Brown SUgar:
Topping:
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
1/2 Cup Shredded Coconut
1/2 Cup Raisins
1/2 Cup Chopped Almonds (I also added Sesame Seeds)
1/2 Cup Choc Chips
3 Eggs Beaten
1 Tsp Vanilla
Preheat Oven to 350
- In a small bowl fork to combine the crust ingredients and press the mixture into the bottom of a lightly oiled, 8 " square or round baking dish, bake for 15 mins.
- Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine all the topping ingredients and mix them well. Pour over the partially baked crust and bake for another 15 - 20 minutes. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
