Blanched Asparagus Spears
Cooked Chicken Breast
Tzatziki:
2 Cups Fat Free Greek Yogurt
1 Clove Garlic Minced Finely
1/2 Cucumber, grated, and squeeze as much liquid out as you can
1 tsp Fresh Dill
1 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
